IT Helpdesk with Nordic Language OR Dutch – Brno – (104107)

We are looking for a Dutch Speakers OR Scandinavian speakers that want to join a awesome team in Brno, Czech Republic !

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Point of contact for L1 Service Desk.
• Investigating issues engaging with problem management
• Continual service improvement activities.
• Provide guidance to users on next steps to resolve Access issues.
• Continual Service improvement activities

REQUIRED SKILL SET

• Interest in Technology and willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Upper-intermediate English and Dutch language is an must (min C1) OR a Scandinavian Language (Danish, Swedish, Finnish, min. C1)
• Strong problem solving skills and effective communication with customers in troubleshooting technical issues over the phone
• Autonomous, creative team player in a multicultural environment
• Goal-oriented personality
• Strong communication skills
