You will be responsible for new business development and expand existing
business, proactively offer high potential candidates to existing and non-existing clients

As a core member of our high calibre Permanent IT Recruitment team, your focus lies in new business development and expanding the Spring Professional presence in the market by assisting our clients in finding the best people to staff their business. You're an expert on the Swiss IT Recruitment marketplace, know the movers and shakers and where best to invest your efforts. Your track record allows you to confidently identify and target expanding local SME as well as MNC Key Accounts. Above all, you'll win business, attract qualified specialists well as management level IT candidates, screen them and match them to appropriate positions.

What we are looking for

- You possess sound judgement, communication aptitude and collaborative spirit.

- Commercial degree, further education in sales or the knowledge of the staffing and recruiting industry is a plus.
- 2-3 years of previous experience business development and lead generation.
- Proven track record in successfully growing your own client portfolio.
