For our customer in Erfurt we are looking for multilingual Customer Service Representatives (m/f) for an international project. This role requires you to speak Dutch or French and English/ German fluently.
The following duties belong to your activities:
Supporting customers from commercial and administrative companies from all over Europe via telephone and email
Supporting clients using IT networks
Qualifying and solving IT related questions and problems
Communicating and cooperating with internal or external support specialists
You have practical skills with Windows platforms as well as standard application software such as Microsoft Office
You can also solve general hardware problems
Your Helpdesk experience is of advantage
You are communicative and love to work on an international team
Shifts are no problem for you
You speak Dutch or French and German fluent (other languages like Spanish/ Italian are nice to have)
Entrant, career changer or IT-specialist, we can offer you a long-term position. You will have the chance to apply your language skills in an international work environment.
We will help you to get started in Germany (free accommodation for the first two to four weeks, help at the immigration office and with social security, integration at work). Additionally, we can offer you the possibility to improve your IT-skills through training programs.
PLEASE NOTE: If you come from the new-EU countries or from a non-EU country, you need to be in possession of a valid residence and work permit for Germany!
