*Advanced English (C1 level)

*Excellent communication skills

*Candidate must have a European Passport

 

Responsibilities:

*Handle inbound calls

*Identify the best solution for customer queries

*Solve the technical issue of customers

*Provide basic troubleshooting

*Handle customer queries by phone, email or chat
