- Answer incoming customer calls regarding product problems, service questions and general client concerns
- Maintaining an elevated level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
- Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good Knowledge of computers & modern technologies
- Candidate must have European nationality
- High school diploma
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
