Italian Speaking CRM Executive – (86722)

As a key member of the Marketing & CRM team and will be accountable for delivering industry leading communications across both email and mobile channels.
This role is responsible for working with the Marketing & CRM Managers to ensure CRM communications remain responsive to business performance and Retention campaigns are rolled out to right customers at the right time.

Responsibilities:

Set up and send out communications to customers with the higher standard;

Define the right targeting, channel, timing for the communications;

Contribute in creating and sharing CRM reporting;

Manage all the operations related to providing customers with bonuses;

Cooperate with the Marketing and CRM team to optimize retention freebet spend;

Cooperate with the Marketing and CRM team to optimize acquisition mix;

Contribute in the kick off of Social Media channels activities.

Deliver and optimise plans for key marketing campaigns and testing plans

You will become proficient in all marketing communication channels and utilising all systems and tools such as Intercom, Playtech IMS and Campaign Manager.

Identify opportunities for the introduction of new, emerging communication channels

Drive continuous improvements for communications to optimise performance versus KPI's and recommend improvements where required.

Manage content sign off process to ensure communications are delivered on time and accurately

You will be required to keep abreast and research new trends and developments across communications channels

Requirements:

Ability to plan in advance and work to deliver plans as agreed.

Excellent attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with and manage key stakeholders in the business.

Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines.

Genuine passion and interest for Betting and Gaming is preferable but not essential.
