Customer Service Advisor for Japanese market:
As Japanese Customer Service Consultant you will be in touch with the customers via phone/ email regarding the details of their bookings, for example issues with the online service, changes in the reservations, payment issues, etc.

- perfect time management skills and ability to work under pressure;

- ability to work effectively on a team.
