Junior Contract Specialist with FRE or SPA language – (103340)

The role:

Contracting professional with end-to end contract lifecycle management knowledge. Possessing excellent drafting, review, redline and negotiation skills to secure best position for client. Individual shall be responsible for the Quality check of deliverables done by the team. Should also showcase the abilities of a good team player and excellent communication skills.



•Draft/Review/redline/negotiate low to mid complex contract on behalf of the client independently or along with other stakeholders and secure favorable positions for the client.

•May require to prepare deviation reports to seek approval from client and stakeholders as and when required.

•Summarize the contract with deviation report for quick reference of signing authorities.

•Seek approval from the clients business and legal stakeholders through the contract management tool.

•Co-ordinate the execution of the contract, either electronically or manually i.e. signatures from both parties, mailing hard copies etc.

•Scan, index and upload the contract details accurately. Metadata entry in the contract repository tool.

•Contract administration and compliance, track key business terms, events, deliverable dates and raise alerts on them.

•Responsible for renewals, extension, renegotiation, amendments and termination of contract.

•In charge of Management Information System/reporting requirements.

•Contribute to contracts management excellence through continuous innovation and improvement in contract management processes etc.


  • Good Knowledge of legal concepts, contractual terms and constructs.

  • Previous proven experience with Contract Management/Contract negotiations/Terms and Conditions creation is required

  • Fluency in either French or Spanish language (both written and spoken) is required

  • Fluency in English is also necessary

  • Deep sense of ownership and ability to work seamlessly within a team.

  • Good analytical and comprehension skills.

  • Awareness of quality mgt. systems and industry best practices on implementation.

  • Knowledge of procurement/ contract management tools is a plus

  • Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of awareness to be able to face client, suppliers, internal stakeholders; Able to anticipate client needs and build strong business relationships.

  • Detail-oriented and analytical minded.

  • Ability to supervise and guide team members.

  • A valid work permit for EU is necessary

  • Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Education: HND, BA or other professional qualification (e.g. CIPS)

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in either in contract management/administration/sourcing or as a Buyer with contracting experience

  • Proficiency: MS Office, esp. Word & Excel, ability to quickly learn software solutions and contract management tools (e.g. Ariba, ONYX, TIGR)
