Junior Customer Operations Representative with Italian – (83910)

As Customer Service Agent you will:
• Effectively manage incoming telephone and e-mail customer’s queries to ensure excellent service standards
• Provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
• Communicate in positive manner with team members and business partners

You are a perfect candidate if you:

  • Have an excellent knowledge of Italian (C1/C2) or are Italian native speaker
  • Have a good knowledge of English (B2)
  • Have European Union citizenship or have valid Polish residence card with work permit
  • Have strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Have a “Can do” attitude
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Are customer oriented
  • Customer support experience will be an asset
