Junior HR Specialist with GERMAN – (87197)

Our Human Resources department partners with HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence to support business objectives by responding to customer inquiries, processing HR transactions, and managing complex personal administration.

Within this role, some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Preparing HR documents: contracts, contract amendments confirmations, and letters
  • Administering employee Benefits and other HR related matters (Personal Admin)
  • Filing visa applications for inbound and outbound employees for our German office
  • Coordinating with vendors to establish Work Permits, Housing contracts for accommodation, Health Insurance coverage, and processing Taxes
  • Investigating, assessing and recommending solutions to employee queries
  • Collecting data and compiling reports
  • Updating process instructions and performing process improvement measures
  • Communicating with stakeholders (employees, managers, HR Business Partners, Works Councils)
  • Participating in projects and process migrations as needed
  • Leveraging standardized global processes, tools, and technologies to ensure a quality service
  • Suggesting practical solutions to day to day issues
  • Coordinate with contact points for process improvements


  • University degree preferably in HR Administration, Business Administration, Economics or related field
  • Preferably 1 year work experience in HR, Finance, Data Management or related position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SAP, Workday or other HRIS would be a great advantage
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with solid judgment and discretion
  • Exceptional customers focus and service orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • The ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Must be able to successfully interact with all CSS Departments
