Your future responsibilities

You’ll join Banking Operations or Group Financial Crime Prevention, a stable yet continuously growing department in our Bank. Your daily job will consist mostly of administrative, yet very challenging tasks, due to top-level service expectations:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Analizing and assessing risk factors of Nordea’s customers
  • Contacting costomers, branches and responsible managers regarding customer’s data
  • Working on the basis of international legislations and tax laws
  • Meeting assigned service deliveries according to customers’ needs
  • Investigating & correcting payments
  • Collaborating in international team
  • Looking for improvements to contribute process efficiency

Your profile and background:

  • graduate of a secondary school or university;
  • native Finnish speaker or advanced level of Finnish language;
  • English on advanced level;
  • good knowledge of MS Office tools.
