Logistics/Supply Chain Manager – Fujitsu , Lisbon – (87583)

Role Purpose

 

 

To deliver commercial value to Fujitsu through effective team leadership of large, complex and company strategic accounts, strategic account planning, strategic development for new portfolio elements and customer satisfaction

 

Key Accountabilities

 

 

  • Effective Operations: Coordinates internal and third parties to ensure smooth operations. Performs Supply Chain tasks accurately and in a timely manner

  • Documentation: Prepares, controls and circulates necessary Supply Chain documents to agreed standards

  • Processes: Implements and operates dedicated Supply Chain Processes

  • Project Work: Takes part in projects to develop and implement Supply Chain-related solutions within parts of Supply Chain processes

  • Controlling systems: Operates controlling systems within own area of responsibility. Reports deviations/gaps to given targets and recommends or takes counteractions

  • Partner Collaboration: Collaborates cross-functionally with international external and internal Supply Chain partners (e.g. suppliers, service provider, customer, sales region)

  • Team leading: Coaches team members and provides day to day supervision of tasks

  • Risks and Escalations: Escalates Supply Chain risks and manages simple escalations

  • Standards and Practices improvement: Contributes to the continual improvement of Supply Chain standards

Key Performance Indicators

 

 

  • Achieves defined Supply Chain targets within the area of responsibility in terms of cost, quality and performance (e.g. delivery reliability)

  • Individual project targets are met

  • Identifies and solves routine known problems. Identifies and solves more complex problems by combining standard solutions and applying experienced judgement only in exceptional cases.

  • Manages effective internal stakeholders relationships – colleagues, employees and managers (middle level), departments of product supply operations, sales operations & category management & sales

  • Manages effective external stakeholders relationships –suppliers, customers, business partners, universities, consultants etc.
