In this senior position, your mission is to deliver innovative, powerful marketing initiatives that drive sustainable growth, brand awareness and loyalty. You plan and execute marketing strategies and communication activities for our EMEA Distribution Services with a strong focus on advancing our online marketing and trade marketing efforts.
o Define a focused marketing strategy and annual marketing plan for your area of responsibility
o Support the Director Marketing in defining an integrated digital marketing strategy, implementing required tools and processes as well as its roll-out
o Develop target group specific pull and push marketing campaigns and deploy them across all relevant channels
o Plan, improve and execute our trade marketing and PoS activities in close cooperation with sales and regional entities
o Plan and execute internal and external events as well as participations in exhibitions
o Execute market and target group analysis to prepare market studies and to gain customer insights as well as to define personas, customer journeys and content offering
o Develop relevant, high-quality content for our target groups, update and revise marketing material and sales kits for product portfolio and product launches in close cooperation with sales and product management
o Monitor, report and improve the marketing performance based on key performance indicators
o Master’s degree in Marketing / Communications or comparable professional experience of several years
o 7+ Years professional marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment
o Relevant experience in online marketing
o Experience in trade marketing activities in a distribution environment welcome
o Strong strategic, analytical and conceptual skills
o Focused, goal-oriented way of working in a fast-paced environment
o Self-sufficient, structured and team-oriented personality
Fluent in English, good German – additional languages are a plus
Salary 45.000€ – 60.000€
This person will not have to manage a team. But he/she will have to manage quite independently/self-sufficient a business area and have an assigned budget for this.
Travel time is not a lot, maybe 10-15%. In general, the person will come 1-2 per quarter to Maintal (Germany) for a week for team meetings and exchange. Besides that some visits of trade shows, or travel sometimes with sales to learn about customers. Onboarding would be 2x in MTL for about 3 weeks each stay.
