What will you do:

  • Timely handling of incoming customer complaints and queries

  • Resolving complaints concerning invoicing for services rendered

  • Preventing reoccurrence of complaints by cooperating with other departments/customer

  • Communicating internally between departments to ensure the correctness of invoices and customer satisfaction

  • Fluent in either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian 

  • Precise and Analytical 

  • Team player

  • Experience in Dispute Department or Customer Service is an advantage
