Sitel Barcelona is recruiting employees to cover the Norwegian market of one of our most important services in Barcelona, which is a dedicated company in the world of visual digital entertainment

What we do here is give support to the Norwegian customers:

  • Customer Care
  • Uses of the devices. Any issue the customer could have using them.
  • First level of technical support (trouble shooting)
  • Information about the product.

What we expect from you:

  • Solve the problems the customers could have.
  • To adapt to the clients, not everyone needs the same approach.
  • To be efficient
  • To contribute to keep our great team atmosphere.
  • Soft skills, empathy, adaptability
  • Proactivity

Our requirements:

  • Norwegian high level
  • English high level
  • Customer Service experience
  • Call center experience us a plus.
  • Soft skills

What we offer:

  • A long term position (contract based on a service)
  • Possibility of internal promotion
  • Full time position (39h/week)
  • 20,000€/gross + monthly bonus
  • Paid training of 10 days.
