What will you do:
* Assist customers and answer their questions via email and live chat, with the occasional phone call
* Use a variety of tools and systems in order to resolve customer issues
* Work with your team to achieve common goals and keep customers happy
* Perform verification checks and in some cases process payments
* Provide translations and create content aimed at Norwegian audience
* Assist Marketing Team in setting up and executing our activities on the Norwegian market
* Previous experience from a customer-facing or marketing position
* Experience from the iGaming industry is considered an asset
* Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and a very good command of professional English
* Knowledge of the Norwegian consumer market is an advantage
* Creative with innovative ideas
* Highly motivated team player
* Problem solver
* Able to handle stress and thrive in a fast-paced multinational environment
