Your task will be as followed:
* Providing customer support in an interesting an innovative sector.
* After an intensive training you will answer customer inquiries and questions via phone and email.
* Successful troubleshoot with first call resolution.
* You are entering and maintain the necessary client information in our system.
* You are providing excellent customer service at all times and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Excellent Norwegian language skills (spoken and written) on native speaker level.
* Additionally good English language skills.
* Customer service affinity is one of your strong suits and you are able to grasp new knowledge in short time.
* You are able to manage customer informations with a high level of attention to detail.
* You are familiar with with PCs, including MS Windows Operating Systems and the internet.
