- Responsible for clear and concise communication between the IDM and other services
- Preparation of transfer lists (arrival and departure) and distribution to IDM team
- Control that flights are on time and amend times/lists if necessary, inform accordingly
- Planning of bus schedule and communication with bus drivers
- Organising of coach/private/direct/group/taxi transfer
- Inform Connected Service of departure times
- Support Airport Reps (delays, go shows)
- General administration tasks
Must have/be:
- Able to communicate effectively in English, verbally and written
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in travel and tourism
- Able to build strong internal/external relationships
- Has a truly service minded approach to the role
- Organised to meet tight deadlines
- Strong decision making skills and effective at problem solving
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible on working hours during peak season
- Able to travel internationally
Preferred:
- Advanced excel skills enabling production of formulas to deliver detailed MI data.
- Educated to University degree or equivalent
Technical / professional qualifications:
- High level of IT literacy and use of Microsoft office packages
- Good knowledge of In-house products
- External Tourism / Business qualification
