Operation Administrator (Airport) (m/f) – (103853)

  • Responsible for clear and concise communication between the IDM and other services
  • Preparation of transfer lists (arrival and departure) and distribution to IDM team
  • Control that flights are on time and amend times/lists if necessary, inform accordingly
  • Planning of bus schedule and communication with bus drivers
  • Organising of coach/private/direct/group/taxi transfer
  • Inform Connected Service of departure times
  • Support Airport Reps (delays, go shows)
  • General administration tasks

Must have/be:

  • Able to communicate effectively in English,  verbally and written
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience  in travel and tourism
  • Able to build strong internal/external relationships
  • Has a truly service minded approach to the role
  • Organised to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong decision making skills and effective at problem solving
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexible on working hours during peak season
  • Able to travel internationally

Preferred:

  • Advanced excel skills enabling production of formulas to deliver detailed MI data.
  • Educated to University degree or equivalent

Technical / professional qualifications:

  • High level of IT literacy and use of Microsoft office  packages
  • Good knowledge of In-house products
  • External Tourism / Business qualification
