Responsibilities:
· Support the whole Order to Cash process for our clients
· Communication with clients and other company offices and departments
· Changes in the client database
· Invoice processing
· Tracking payments
· Solving various issues risen in the system
Qualifications:
· Communicative level of English (min B2)
· Written and spoken ability to communicate in French/German/Dutch for client interaction (C1)
· Open for fresh graduates
· Competent Microsoft Office user: Excel, Word and Power Point
· Experience with accounting systems like SAP would be a plus
· Ability to solve urgent matters, work under pressure, to priorities and schedule workload
· Reliable, active approach striving for process improvement
· Team player
