The Company.

Our client is a Belgian BPO company opening a new office in Valencia. For their partner, they are looking for Business Developers.

The Job.

The main tasks include:
– Research the market, identify leads and conduct lead management
– Identify and qualify prospects and decider-makers in the targeted companies
– Detect high business opportunities
– B2B relationship development and management
– Maintain accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker    
– Follow-up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact
– Track, manage and report your sales activities

The Profile.

– You are a Native Dutch speaker
– You have an affinity to sales and experience in advising people on the phone
– You have experience in sales
– You have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
– You have good communication skills and have an outgoing personality
– You have good problem-solving capabilities
– You are ambitious, dynamic and reliable

The Offer.

– Salary of 1305 € gross/month + performance related bonus + free Spanish classes offered + benefit plan 
– Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9 am – 5.30 pm
– Working in a new open office environment
– Great working atmosphere with a young and diversified team
– Working for a company where the employees feel valued
– Possibility to leave own footprints in a brand new project
– Permanent contract
– Candidate needs to hold a NIE and social security number by the start date
– Start date: 11/02/2019
