Learnship is currently looking for a full-time
Pedagogical Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f)
to join our Academy / Teacher Training & Quality Assurance team in Cologne, Germany, for a duration of two years to start with.
Your challenge:
- Management and analysis of customer feedback
- Observing and coaching our teachers
- Supporting our current pool of teachers
- Maintaining and updating the teacher databases and documentation
- Involvement in language course management
Our ideal candidate:
- Has a background in Pedagogy, ideally a degree in Education or Languages and a CELTA qualification
- Has a native level in English and is fluent in German (B2 or higher)
- Has at least 3 years of experience in professional language training
- Is tech-savvy, especially regarding MS Office
- Has excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Is enthusiastic about our product and enjoys working in an intercultural team
