Polish Speaking Back Office Officer – (86740)

Responsibilities:

* Funds transfer processing via accounts opened with third parties
* Processing of incoming transactions in the company's internal IT system
* Posting of outgoing payments by operating the company's IT systems
* Daily reconciliation of accounts, preparation of reconciliation reports and follow-up for the unreconciled items;
* Daily reconciliation for countries;
* Daily monitoring invoicing process;
* Preparation of internal reports by request;
* Correspondence with other institution
* Investigations of problematic transactions
* Effectively organize work and time to achieve timely and high-level result
* Processing transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining high service standards
* Adhering to all company policies and procedures, corporate security policies, regulatory guidelines, industry service standards and codes of conduct
* Record keeping as per requirements and the company's policies and standards
* Sharing knowledge and experience with other team members and the provision of support as and when needed
* Performing any other duties that may be assigned by superiors from time to time

Requirements:

* University Graduate, ideally in the fields of Economics, Banking or any other Financial studies
* Ideally candidates must be in possession of 2 years' experience in the Financial Industry
* Languages – mandatory fluency in written and verbal English and Polish
* Advanced Microsoft Excel experience and able to work with and create Macros, VBAs and Pivot Tables
* Manifesting professional behaviour
* Focused and meticulous with details
* Analytical and process-oriented
