Perfect project role for candidates with experience in process implementation in financial SSC. The successful candidate will support Site in designing and maintaining of following activities:
- Processes maps versus stakeholders maps
- Workflow across the organization
- Calendar for closing and other regular activities & adhoc points
- Accounting Manual
- Standard Operating Procedures
- Internal Controls
- Project management activities during finance transformation projects, including E1 system implementation
- Transition new activities / countries to the Prague Shared Services organization
- Improvement of the Account to Report, Procure to Pay and Invoice to Cash processes
- Identification of measurable improvements in cost, quality, control and cycle times
The ideal candidate should have proven work experience implementation / transition and improvement of processes in financial SSC, must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, be a team player as well as be able to work under pressure and independently and he/she must have very good knowledge of processes in AR, AP, GL, etc… We are looking for business oriented person with fluent English (spoken and written).
