Retail Regional Manager With a Native Level of French – (103612)

We are now recruiting a Sales Performance Leader/Area Manager for one our international clients specialized in retail/fashion sector, based in France.

Mission: 
Achieving the sales targets of the Points of Sale within their region, with
responsibility over the operations, teams, visual merchandising in Full
Price stores and Outlets.

Functions:
– Drive the business and implement actions directed at achieving the stores’ budget (P&L Analysis, budgets, deviations…)
– Ensure the right level of customer service and brand image is provided in
the stores
– Effectively implement VM guidelines in the stores and adapt to the region in order to maximize impact
– Analyze KPIs and performance reports with a view to recommend initiatives and improvements in store operations
– Work with the product department for the selection of the collections, as well as in season analysis to identify product needs
– Manage stocks and supervise correct replenishment and transfers of
product
– Supervise sale period planning
– Provide product training and presentations of collections to the Store
Managers
– Monitor stock levels, sell through of product and product replenishment
– Guarantee the right image in the stores in terms of maintenance,
cleanliness, image of the staff and presentation of the product
– Analyze furniture distribution and profitability to suggest improvement
proposals
– Lead the set up of Trade Marketing activations and events in the Point of
Sale
– Manage POS implementation and coordinate with the relevant departments to guarantee the correct impact
– Manage, supervise and motivate the team to achieve results
– Provide the correct professional development of the team members by
identifying training needs and organizing workshops and career plans
– Recruit the best candidates in the market and retain the talent within the
tams
– Occasionally provide support to the international department and the
wholesale channel on specific events

Min. of 4 years’ experience in stores management
– Knowledge in Retail KPI’s
– Native level of French and advanced level of English
– Customer Service Excellence
– Product knowledge, market trends and competition analysis
– Visual Merchandising Skills
