We Offer


As part of the CCRO (Chief Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Office) Robotics Team we are looking to improve the end user computer experience for the employees of the CCRO organization by delivering low-cost and easy-to-implement automation solutions. Over the past 2 years the team has grown rapidly, delivering almost 100 robots globally that automate more than 35 Compliance processes in 7 countries.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist CCRO Process/Robot Owners with troubleshooting L1/L2 configuration issues (BluePrism/iDesktop).

  • Create and maintain a FAQ/HowTo Confluence wiki documenting common configuration issues encountered.

  • Maintenance and update of Robot Inventory, VM Inventory and Robot Operating Manuals.

  • Operational Monitoring of the BluePrism robots in scope for the purposes of continuous improvement.

  • Candidates with advanced BluePrism skills may take up as well L3 Support and Robot Development tasks.

  • Candidates with strong SharePoint/Javascript/VBA skills may also take up relevant development/support tasks.


Challenges you will be facing in this role:

  • Global working environment with multiple stakeholders from various backgrounds.

  • Robots developed by different vendors/teams have slightly different architecture and hence operational needs.

You Offer


Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

  • You have 2-5 years of total professional experience.

  • You have a good knowledge of the bank’s systems from a support/troubleshooting perspective: iDesktop and productivity applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Standard, etc), BluePrism and/or various compliance and front applications.

  • You are able to navigate the Credit Suisse support organization to identify the right L3 support teams.

  • You have an ability to work independently with stakeholders from multiple regions and backgrounds.

  • You are customer oriented with attention to detail and end-to-end ownership of incident resolution process.

  • Your BluePrism development experience (and ideally Certification) will be considered as a plus.
