As a Sales Area Manager you will be responsible for:
-To control the fulfillment of the sales budget: analyze and prioritize during the development of his/her area.
-Coaching nearby: detect limitations, correct them and develop sales skills in his/her delegates.
-Control and verify the daily work of the sales agents.
-To manage the portfolio of large accounts directly assigned
-To manage problems and resources.
-To analyze the sales reports of its delegates and perform one of his/her area.
-To control his/her competitors and communicate any relevant aspect to discover business opportunities. Bring new products and promotions to his/her area. Develop pharmacies market reports and accompaniment.
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-Minimum 5 years of experience managing sales teams in pharma, Skincare or consumer goods companies.
-German native, English advanced.
-Personality: Flexibility, sales and customer orientation, people and goal orientation, hardworking.
