Sales Team Leader with Native English – CRITEO – (103239)

Teleperformance Spain is looking for a Sales Team Leader for our newest client, Criteo, a leading retargeting company that serves personalized online display advertisements to consumers. Criteo is a global technology company that enables brands and retailers to connect more shoppers to the things they need and love.

 

As a Team Leader, you will be the link to our client's success, you will lead a team of specialized executives in charge of the commercial growth within your team.

 

You will oversee the preparation of the forecast, and develop new opportunities with our existing clients and to translate data into concrete actions, analyze reports and ensure planning and targets are achieved both at individual and team level.

What are you going to do?

 

Manage the different sales team of account working towards team KPI's and sales targets. Term planning / forecast preparation and thinking in terms of new developments and opportunities

 

Delegate tasks and set deadlines Oversee day-to-day operation Monitor team performance and report on metrics to perform outstanding results Discover training needs and provide coaching

Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.

You will be a perfect match if:

-You have BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience 
-You have proven managerial experience in a sales environment and good people skills 
-Strong presentation, analytical and problem solving skills 
-You are Passionate about sales and new technologies 
-You can speak and write English at a native level
-You have more than one year of experience in advertising sales 
-You have extensive experience in integrated marketing communication sales or media sales 
-You are a Team player with strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.

What do we offer?

 

-Full time position, 39 hours/week, from Monday to Friday, from 15.00 to 00.00 
-Salary: 32.000€ gross/year + up to 6.000€ gross/year
