Mansa Gaming is looking for a Senior Customer Service Agent to work with our exciting new online casino brand. As the very first customer support agent for your market, opportunities for advancement will arise very quickly in line with the companies growth.

In this role, responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain  relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty via numerous different channels
  • Ensures delivery of excellent customer service to resolve inquires
  • Validating KYC (Know Your Customer) documents in line with MGA regulations
  • Liaising regularly with the Finance department, to facilitate players’ monetary transactions
  • Drafting and writing content, creating templates
  • Work with the VIP customers
  • Recruit, build and mentor  team members and provide training on best practices as the market grows
  • Assist management in ensuring performance goals are met




  • Fluent in Finnish
  • 1 – 2 years gaming experience
  • Empathy, ability to listen and come up with solutions
  • Good at multi-tasking and enjoys working on a variety of different projects. 

Full time position, based in Sliema seafront.
