Service Delivery Operations Specialist – (103455)

The Company.

Our client is an international award-winning IT services provider with world-wide presence. For their offices in Prague, Czech Republic, they are currently looking for a Service Delivery Operations Specialist.

The Job.

The primary goal of the role is taking care of design, procurement, installation, upgrading, operation, control, maintenance and effective use of IT infrastructure components and monitoring their performance. The main tasks include:

– Providing constant insights and feedback to Engineers, Service Desk agents in order to monitor and manage service level metrics
– Overseeing of Dashboards and leveraging reports to provide operational oversight on the floor
– Owning the shift operations for the assigned shift, overseeing ticket queues, directing operational personnel to critical tickets
– Responding to client escalations and assigning ownership to right team
– Overseeing critical client tickets and ensuring the right priorities

The Profile.

– You speak French/Dutch/German/Spanish and English on a business level
– You have experience in a service delivery role/environment within a large scale technology services environment
– You are aware of service management tools (ServiceNow)
– You have a strong knowledge of IT Service Industry operations and processes
– You hold an ITIL foundation certification
– You are open, social and hold great communication skills with an ability to provide professional and transparent feedback
– You are able to work in a 24/7 working environment
