Service Desk Analyst with German – (86999)

Our client, the prominent international IT service provider, is seeking a Service Desk Analyst with German to join their Prague team.

Your new role

You will be the first point of contact for providing the support in German and English languages to employees working at the companies. You will handle incidents and service requests ranging from end user logon problems to functional support to business units.

 

You are a perfect fit for this position if your German and English is on a communicative level. Also you should be a customer oriented person with a good understanding of Windows environment, any ticket management tool, network connections and devices, remote control, troubleshooting, software and hardware installation. It is an advantage if you either have previous experience in 1st level IT support or an education in IT.
