The Dow Chemical Company is offering great business career opportunities in a global and international environment. We are looking for an ambitious Graduate to join Graduate Rotational Program for Supply Chain based in Terneuzen, the Netherlands.

About the Program

The Rotational Program is designed to broaden your global experience, business acumen, supply chain functional expertise and critical professional skills. Dow is at the cutting edge of industry’s Supply Chain best practices and this is a unique opportunity to accelerate your supply chain learning in an innovation driven global company. You will have the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of supply chain roles such as Business Planning, Outplants Management, Site Logistics Optimisation, Deep Water Marine Operations, Road and Rail Logistics and International Trade Operations. You will be located at in Terneuzen, one of our main plants in Europe, offering the opportunity to launch your  Supply Chain career while operating at the forefront of corporate innovation, strategy and service delivery.

What to expect

During the two-year program you will have a chance to experience two different job assignments within our Supply Chain function. You will have the opportunity to take on challenging projects and learn best practices and processes that will help you develop business-critical competencies and position you for success in your future career within Supply Chain at Dow. One or more Dow leaders will serve as mentors to guide you along the way. You will be expected to perform at levels beyond your peers, at an accelerated phase of learning and development

Consider applying if you are/have:

  • Master Degree in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial or Business Administration.
  • Maximum of 18 months of combined professional experience including internships and student assignments
  • Mobile and willing to relocate
  • Solution-orientated with a client-focused mind set.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, high team spirit, initiative and ability to work independently.
  • A strong cultural awareness, as well as the ability to work in a global team environment
