Our client provides span a wide range of software and hardware services and solutions including R&D, Technology Services, Enterprise and Applications Consulting, Remote Infrastructure Management, IT Hardware, Systems Integration, Distribution of Technology & Telecom Products

Job description:

  • Handling incoming phone calls / e-mails from customers regarding technical issues related to hardware, software, and network
  • Analysing and resolving most common enquiries by providing step-by-step solutions or using remote access to take control of the computer and solve the problem
  • Keeping records of all customers’ enquiries in the reporting system
  • Sending more complex enquiries to the relevant IT Support Team
  • Delivering professional and prompt service to the customers
  • Advanced German / Dutch / French / Hebrew (min. B2/C1) and good command of English (min. B2)
  • Great listener and problem solver for each unique customer challenge
  • Analytical and systematic problem solving skills required
  • Education – any formal background will be considered
  • Customer service / IT experience will be an asset
  • Good communication skills
  • EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED, OUR CLIENT PROVIDES TRAINING AND SUPPORT IN THIS MATTER
