Job description:
- Handling incoming phone calls / e-mails from customers regarding technical issues related to hardware, software, and network
- Analysing and resolving most common enquiries by providing step-by-step solutions or using remote access to take control of the computer and solve the problem
- Keeping records of all customers’ enquiries in the reporting system
- Sending more complex enquiries to the relevant IT Support Team
- Delivering professional and prompt service to the customers
- Advanced Polish / Russian / German / French / Dutch / Hungarian / Czech (min. B2/C1) and good command of English (min. B2)
- Great listener and problem solver for each unique customer challenge
- Analytical and systematic problem solving skills required
- Education – any formal background will be considered
- Customer service / IT experience will be an asset
- Good communication skills
