Swedish Customer Representative – (103948)

We are currently recruiting Swedish speakers who wish to become part of an exciting team that works for leading companies in the technology sector. Your task is to be responsible for solving the customer's inquiries and offering service of the highest class!

Main tasks

Deliver high-quality service to customers' wishes and needs
Register and follow up customers' orders and inquiries
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction surveys
 

 

Have good language skills in Swedish and English
Excellent communication skills and good as a relationship builder
IT knowledge is a big plus
Works well in teams
Has a positive attitude and is motivated by making customers happy
Previous experience in a similar position is a big plus

Extensive training of market-leading products, personal development programs and mentoring to develop your skills

Full-time position: 39 hours / week
Location: office in the center of Barcelona
