Swedish Speaking Order Support Representative – (105534)

For our multinational client focusing on healthcare products, we are looking for a
Swedish Speaking Order Support Representative 
to join their Budapest office.
 

Responsibilities:

  • incoming and outgoing calls and e-mails: respond to inquiries and resolve problems
  • liaising with Swedish speaking distributors and customers: providing help and information, problem solving
  • liaising with warehouse and suppliers
  • handling complaints, reclamations
  • editing news and updates on the Swedish market
  • active participation and support on company events
  • doing translations from time to time
  • ad hoc tasks defined by the Customer Service Manager
  • C1-C2 Swedish speaker with fluent English
  • excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • strong interpersonal skills; professional, courteous, friendly and empathetic
  • strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • ability to work in a multi-tasked and team-focused environment
  • ability to prioritize and organize work
  • proficiency with basic computer functions

Please note, that EU citizenship is a must!

We are looking for candidates, who are willing to start within a month.
