Talent & Development Team Administrator – (86959)

We´re seeking a highly organised, detail-orientated and efficient HR, Talent & Development Administrator to support with calls, processing of paperwork, social media & email correspondence. You will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, able to think on your feet and work using your own initiative as well as being pro-active.

Responsibilities & Key Outputs:

* Provide administrative support to the Talent & Development Team
* Assist and support with the talent and development processes
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders professionally while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
* Processing of new hire administration, on-boarding and HR related documentation
* Answer phones, emails, copying, filing, scanning, and other administrative duties as needed
* Prepare reports and dashboards relating to Talent and Development

Requirements:

* Spanish & English Proficient
* Any other languages advantageous
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral & written communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and work independantly with great attention to detail and a desire to learn
* Exceptional customer service focus, high-energy, driven, articulate, and a friendly personality
* Ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal personnel and external entities as applicable
* Excellent skills in judgement and ability to respect, protect and maintain highly confidential information
* Excellent technical skills including, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), experience with applicant tracking systems a plus
* Resourceful & willing to take the initiative in a fast-paced environment
