Team Lead with English & (Italian or French) – (105556)

Cognizant Portugal is now looking for a Team Leader with English & French or Italian to work with us in our new Lisbon office! We are looking for someone who would be willing to manage a team within an exciting new project, and is fluent in either French or Italian, along with our mandatory language, which is English. Other than managing a team, you would also be responsible for reporting and doing quality control.

  • Manage, mentor, scale up & stabilize team
  • Attrition & performance management
  • Ability to document & report teams performance on a weekly / monthly basis
  • Lead WBR / MBR / QBRs
  • Audit and test transactions
  • Track and report issues and bugs
  • Apply latest guidelines, recommendations, and best practices
  • Iterate on QA tools and processes
  • Analyze user behavior data and make content recommendations based on metrics
  • Train & Mentor new joiners & agents with low performance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience of 5+ years.
  • 2+ years’ experience leading teams, personnel management as workflow management
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media
  • Service oriented approach
  • Fluent in English & Near native in French OR Italian. Excellent oral & written business communication skills in both the languages
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite

  • Proven ability to become expert in new technologies and workflow processes in a short time frame.
  • Objective and analytical approach to decision making
