•Understand and apply OtC processes, policies, procedures and control standards
•Ensure AR accounts are reconciled
•Ensure processing quality is maintained within the team
•Ensure month end closing process of receivables within given timelines
•Taking care of complaint’s queries, give feedback, updates to Customer and ensure completion
•Drive KPI reporting activities
•Prepare management reports
•Be a leader in proactive approach within a team to deliver continuous improvement
•Coordinate delivery of documentation requested by internal/external auditors
•Participating in improvement projects
What you'll need to succeed
University degree accounting or related field
•2+ years in AR (essential)
•Around 1 years in supervisory function (will be an advantage)
•SAP FI module skills and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
•Good understanding of the full Order-to-Cash application process
•Experience in a (high volume) multi-currency environment
•Distinctive customer orientation able to drive independent dialogue with customer
•Ability to work on II shift ( afternoon working hours) in Poland
•Spanish and English at least B2 level
