For one of our new teams dealing with back office support, we are looking to recruit a Psychologist who will provide counseling and guidance to the team members and assist with complex cases. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide effective individual and group consultation and counseling 
  • Perform psycho-diagnostic evaluations of the team members
  • Handle complex cases and escalates when necessary
  • Prepare regular reports
  • Handle all issues with utmost discretion and confidentiality
  • Assist the HR department when necessary

Our requirements:

  • Master degree in Psychology
  • Eligibility to work in EU 
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in individual and group psychology
  • Experience in the area of wellness counseling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Turkish and very good English
  • Availability to work on 24/7 shifts
