Team Supervisor with a Native level of French – (103851)

Responsible of Team Management and distribution of work load to ensure his agents:

· Deliver Training Consultancy Services to our customers
· Provide Customer Service by handling all training incoming queries via telephone and email communication
· Offer Level 1 Technical Support for our web-based Learning Management System (LMS) internal and external
users
· Perform outbound campaigning activities to meet our Training Sales business goals
· Host Training Administration Transactions that are very process-driven

Also:

– Distribute daily workload
– Manage LMS Data (reports, etc)
– Mentoring, coaching & feedback
– Cascade all relevant information to all of the levels
– Manage agents' queries
– Manage local office calls
– Ticket Monitoring 
– Manage and track the campaigning management
– Meetings
– Manage agents on HR level (holidays)
– Participate in the recruitment
– Others

Education: Higher Vocational Education

Experience: 2 years. Requires general training in a specific field related to work experience

Languages: Native level of French and Fluent level of English
