Technical Client Advocate – (105404)

Technical Client Advisor is a technical consultant for dedicated customers. Is responsible for networking solution and for these areas:

  • Controls and maintains technical performance indicators and SLA
  • Connects incident, problem a change management field
  • Creates reports and analysis, which maps network needs and optimalisation
  • Communicates with customers and inner teams which take care of customer network
  • Communication in English on level B2
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in telecommunications or on customer facing role
  • Good knowledge of telecommunication field (Technical high school is and advantage)
  • Opportunity to cooperate with Verizon, one of the largest global Telco providers in the world
