Technical Client Advisor is a technical consultant for dedicated customers. Is responsible for networking solution and for these areas:
- Controls and maintains technical performance indicators and SLA
- Connects incident, problem a change management field
- Creates reports and analysis, which maps network needs and optimalisation
- Communicates with customers and inner teams which take care of customer network
- Communication in English on level B2
- Great communication and presentation skills
- 1-2 years of experience in telecommunications or on customer facing role
- Good knowledge of telecommunication field (Technical high school is and advantage)
