Main Responsibilities

– Respond to inbound calls and emails

– Make outbound calls to support technical cases

– Provide world class costumer service

– Maintain client relationships

– Track and report required data in the CRM system

– Live in Barcelona, Spain

– Speak native Swedish

– Fluent in English written and oral

– Good written and oral communication skills

– Customer and quality oriented

– Team player

– Ability to work in a fast pace environment

– Market standard salary + Bonus

– Permanent contract – (Full-time)
