Good news! We are hiring Technical Support Specialists for our network operations groups. In this role you are going to:

  • Own, lead and drive issues and represent BT during technical conference calls
  • Handle technically complex incidents & changes
  • Be responsible for cooperating with internal and external stakeholders and making sure you leave a lasting good impression
  • Have the opportunity to learn from 3rd line network engineers throughout troubleshooting sessions
  • Be exposed to a wide array of internetworking technologies (MPLS, DMVPN, SDWAN, ZScaler, BYOD WLAN, VoIP just to name a few) through supporting complex network solutions
  • Find out whether you are an early bird or a night owl thanks to the weekly rotating shift pattern

We'll also need to see these on your CV:

Professional and Language skills:

 

  • In depth understanding of LAN/WAN technologies (think CCNA-level knowledge, the certificate is not needed)
  • 1-2 years' of experience in technical customer support role
  • Familiarity with the following products is an advantage: Juniper, Adva, Avaya, Ipanema, Meraki
  • Advanced English is a must due to it being the working language at BT
