Working as a Technical Support with Russian and English, you are responsible for friendly and effective customer technical telephone support for customers with technical questions which are concerning smart phones and different telecommunication devices.

- Initial trainings with focus on communication with customers skills and technical details
- Employment contract for 40 hours per week with probable prolongation after one year;
- Competitive salary plus bonuses and benefits;
- Flexible shifts between 6 am till 10pm Czech time. Each of them has 9 hours – 8 working plus 1 hour lunch break;
- Working days: Monday-Sunday. Work on Saturdays and Sunday is 10% extra paid;
- Vacation: 4 weeks of paid vacation per calendar year.
