How is your workday?

You will work in the customer support team at a sports and casino site where you handle incoming phone calls, email contacts and on-site live chat, always answering customers queries timely and effective. Your personality is important and it is appreciated with a personal and “real touch” in your encounter with customers. The site is supposed to feel like a second living room and a place you want to go back to. The company encourages knowledge development and product insight whereon every employee gets involved in the operational part of the business. Everyone feels responsible and help each other achieve the overall goals. Please note that the job involves shift work (Day/Evening/Night shifts). We offer free taxi service when you end your evening shift.

You will also be involved in translating web content, newsletters and other marketing material from time to time.
