Responsibility
• Support online shop customers;
• Written and telephone customer service before, during and after the purchase;
• Advice on payment and shipping requests;
• Assistance with customer questions regarding the settings of user accounts.

Your Profile
• Fluent in Turkish spoken and written (C1/2);
• Good level of English;
• Sports enthusiast;
• Experience/knowledge in Contact Center will be an added value;
• Computer Skills; 
• Quick and efficient management of time; 
• Proactive personality, with initiative spirit; 
• Good communicator; 
• Dynamic and organized.
