Required skills:

  • Adapting to the changing needs of customers
  • Fluency in English close to native level.
  • Previous work experience in an English speaking Environment is not obligatory but appreciated.
  • Providing excellent customer service, via phone, chatting& e-mails

  • Maintaining a professional attitude in challenging situations

  • Ability to multi-task & manage time effectively
